The founders of Bakers Three couldn’t be happier about the expansion of the bakery into the corporate world. "We’ve been looking to grow ever since we started the business," Amy Liu reports. Bakers Three was founded in culinary school where pastry chefs and business partners Amy Liu, Rebecca Welling and Lori Bloom first opened their business in their shared apartment while working as kitchen assistants during the day and attending chef school by night.
